Registration & Site Access

Is registration for the Summit free?

Attendance at the AI Summit with us is completely free, but by invitation only.

Since the number of seats is limited byEuratechnologies’ capacity, we recommend that you request an invitation here as soon as possible.

How will I receive my access badge?

If your invitation request submitted on our website has been approved, or if you have received a personal invitation, you must confirm your attendance.

You will receive a confirmation email containing your badge in the form of a QR code. Simply show it at the event reception desk.

To minimize wait times and ensure a smooth experience for everyone, we recommend that you print your badge before the event. If you forget to do so, a reception desk will be available at the entrance.

Can I register on-site?

Since this is an invitation-only event, registration will not be available on-site.

What do I need to bring to attend the event?

All you need to enter the event is your ticket and a form of ID (required).

What are the Summit's hours of operation?

The Summit will take place on June 12, 2026. The doors at Euratechnologies will open at 8:00 a.m. The conferences and workshops will run from 9:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

TRANSPORTATION & LOGISTICS

How do I get to the Summit?

The Euratechnologies campus is located at 165 Avenue de Bretagne in Lille. We encourage you to use sustainable transportation:

  • Subway: Line 2, Canteleu or Bois Blancs stations (a 10-minute walk).
  • Bus: Lines 18 and 76 ( Euratechnologies stop) or Line 10 ( Lomme Lambersart stop).
  • Bicycles: V’Lille stations are located at the entrance to the site, and there are plenty of bike racks available.
  • From the train stations (Lille Flandres / Lille Europe): Take Metro Line 2 (direct service; approximately 12-minute ride).
  • From Lille Airport: Take the airport shuttle to Lille Flandres Station, then take Metro Line 2.

Is there parking on site?

Parking aroundEuratechnologies is very limited.

We recommend using the park-and-ride facilities (P+R) in the Lille metropolitan area that are connected to Metro Line 2 (such as the Saint-Philibert P+R) and completing your journey by metro.

ON-SITE SERVICES & CATERING

Is there a coat check available?

Yes, a free, supervised coat check will be available at the main entrance where you can leave your coats, bags, and bulky luggage.

Where can I eat at the Summit?

No need to plan your meals: catering is provided and offered on-site by our partner Claranet. You’ll also enjoy refreshment breaks and a cocktail reception at the end of the day.

Is the site accessible to people with limited mobility?

Absolutely. The Euratechnologies facilities hosting the Summit are fully accessible to people with limited mobility. Access ramps, elevators, and accessible restrooms are available. Our reception staff will be on hand to assist you.

SCHEDULE & RECAP

Is the schedule final?

You can view the schedule on the dedicated page [SCHEDULE PAGE LINK]. This schedule is subject to change up until the day of the event due to scheduling conflicts involving some of our officials.

Will the talks be streamed online or available for on-demand viewing?

Some of the Summit’s key sessions will be recorded. Details on how to watch the live stream or access the recordings will be posted on the website a few days before the event.
